This practice focuses on the whole self. Who you are today and who you will become. The goal is to help you live your most authentic and happy life. During our sessions, we will explore your life, your loves, and your passions to see if they all align with who you want to become.

As the name states, no one is perfect (not even me, your therapist) but what we can do is accept those imperfections through self-acceptance, support, and self-love.
